1. Why do we need this feature?

Many people receive QR codes images on WhatsApp requesting them to make payments from their friends and family. so they don't have any option to directly send the payment request, so this feature will help to directly share the QR code through Paytm and help users to make quicker transactions without the hassle of switching between WhatsApp and payment apps.

2. What is the user's pinpoint in sharing QR codes on WhatsApp?

users find it an inconvenient and time-consuming process to make payment for the QR code shared on WhatsApp. because it involves a lot of steps like shown below. (total 18 steps)

3. Why we should add this feature now?

When the user opens that shared QR code image on WhatsApp, WhatsApp will directly show the UPI Id & it motivate the users to pay through WhatsApp pay. there is a possibility that users prefer paying through WhatsApp pay as it is very easy & convenient for them

So adding this feature will help us to save the existing user base from shifting to other payment apps.
